Document management system that's easy-to-use

DocCenter allows to collect, share and search for various types of documents produced in the company or coming from outside. Includes the ability to precisely search for documents according to various criteria. Documents can be saved to disk or scanned (as an image or PDF file). DocCenter can also save to disk, as a PDF file, documents in format docx, rtf, jpg, bmp, png and others.

For each document stored in the system can be connected "Document card". It is a collection of additional information describing the document such as author, subject, library, keyword, category, classification, description, and other useful data. This information facilitates precise search documents and gives full set of information about the document.

DocCenter also has a built-in groupware (called a workflow), ie the possibility to define the stages of the document work for specific users, including time necessary for its execution.
